Dr. Shirin Zarrabian
Dr. Shirin Zarrabian obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Toronto in 1985 and shortly after started her Master of Science Program at the Department of Oral Microbiology in the Faculty of Dentistry. She completed her Doctor of Dental Degree in 1991 followed by her Master's Degree in Microbiology in 1992.
She is a member of good standing with The Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Canada. She is an active member of The Ontario Dental Association and Toronto East Dental Society. Dr. Shirin Zarrabian served as an ODA councillor for 2 years and President of Toronto East Dental Society in 2007-2008.
Teaching has always been an integral part of her professional life. Dr. Zarabian has been a Clinical Instructor at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto for the past 20 years in Restorative, Radiology and Periodontics Departments. She has also been an Associate in Dentistry for 4 terms at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto.
Dr. Shirin Zarrabian has been practicing in this location at Scarborough for the past 28 years and continues to teach as a Clinical Instructor in the Periodontics Department at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto. While continually being informed of the latest technological developments and advancements in Dentistry, through Continuing Education Courses, Dr. Zarrabian believes in a Holistic and Balanced approach to Dentistry and Life.
She is passionate about protecting the environment and has contributed to various community and charitable events over the years.
